Share only information relevant to your consultation or matter. Check the recipient and context before sharing. Do not put confidential documents in public profile fields or send sign-in and payment codes in messages.
Booking and transaction references are used to connect payment records to a consultation and investigate payment problems. When asking for help, provide the reference and the issue, not a payment password or verification code.
